These are all things that you have to learn on your way to being a good real estate practitioner, but without customers, knowing your scripts, knowing your contracts, knowing all of that stuff and knowing how to negotiate is really irrelevant until you have clients. To combat this, I am going to tell you that the first thing that you should do as a brand new agent or as a veteran agent if you don’t have any business right now.
